The Super Scavenger Hunt 2024 will feature participants solving clues using a BINGO-style game sheet and photographing items they find. Early registration is $25 per driver and $15 per rider, including lunch. Day-of registration is $35. Lunch-only option available for $10. Enjoy the hunt and lunch at Next Step Farms. Dream Camp 🎨🎬🎧

This summer, Dream Camp offers programs in Audio Production, Film & Video, and Digital Art & Animation for ages 13-18. Each two-week session provides an immersive, hands-on experience, preparing students for careers in the global marketplace while fostering skills in teamwork, leadership, and modern arts. Touch-A-Truck 🚒🚓👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Celebrate Father’s Day with the family at the Touch-A-Truck event on June 15, from 11 AM to 2 PM. Meet the Huntsville Fire and Police Departments, explore HEMSI ambulances and various construction vehicles, and enjoy live music, face painting, balloon artists, and more. The event takes place in the Front Parking Area near Dick’s Sporting Goods, 365 The Bridge Street, Huntsville, AL.

0.5K Fun Run and Block Party 🏃‍♂️🐶

Join the Madison Rotary Club for the POINT 5K Fun Run and Block Party at Town Madison from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Kids and dogs are welcome, with free parking available. Enjoy door prizes throughout the day and a HUGE grand prize giveaway. Admission is free, but registration is required for the 0.5K.

Unexpected Event 🎉

The Rocket City Trash Pandas were supposed to be playing in Mississippi this weekend, but because of the field condition, the games have been moved back to Huntsville! This could be a great surprise for fathers who love the Trash Pandas.

The incumbent, calling himself the "People's Mayor," ticked off a list of accomplishments of his administration, including increased aid to education, a strong drug abuse program, efficiency in city government, as well as other successful goals of his term.”

The Trash Pandas went on a four-game winning streak against the Lookouts at home this past weekend and now have a record of 31-27. They are currently third in their division, six games behind first place but only three games from second place.

Huntsville City FC is 2-7-3 but is on a two-game winning streak! They jumped up a spot in the Eastern Conference standings from last to 14th. Go cheer on the boys to a third straight win this Sunday against Chicago at Wicks Family Field!

@ Crown Legacy FC

Huntsville City Football Club secured a 4-2 victory over Crown Legacy FC at Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium, highlighted by a brace from Forster Ajago and goals from Jony Bolaños and Woobens Pacius. The scoring began early, with Ajago netting his first goal in the 3rd minute off a cross from Bolaños, followed by another in the 41st minute.

Crown Legacy responded with goals from Cam Duke and Willian Sangoquiza, but Huntsville regained the lead with Bolaños' 74th-minute strike, assisted by Ollie Wright. The win was sealed when Axel Picazo set up Woobens Pacius for a late goal.

The Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium will host the inaugural Kids Summer Splash Jump Fest from July 10 to 13, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.

Families can enjoy various activities, including North Alabama’s largest slip n’ slide, a water battle zone with water guns and balloons, wet and dry inflatables, kids' coloring stations, soccer at the kick wall, and food and beverages.

Tickets are available here. Single-day tickets are $20, and four-day passes are $50. Parents and guardians enter for free, and the event is limited to children aged 12 and younger.
